Explore before you decide
Read our beliefs, learn about our pastors, or ask for a recorded message. You do not have to make a commitment in order to ask a question. Tell us whether English or Spanish is more comfortable, and choose the next step that feels appropriate to you.
Your story is yours to share
You do not need to explain a painful experience in a website form. An initial message can simply ask for a pastoral conversation. Before sharing sensitive information, ask who will receive it and what privacy limits apply. This website does not promise absolute confidentiality or immediate responses.
Faith, questions, and a real next step
Refine is a Christian church, and our beliefs page explains our foundation. A conversation can include questions about Scripture, worship, belonging, boundaries, or your experience of church. We would rather have an honest conversation than rush you into a program that may not be right for you.
Pastoral support is not a clinical service
Requesting prayer or a pastoral conversation does not enroll you in therapy or a clinical program. This page is not an announcement of a currently operating church-hurt support group. Ask what support and referrals are actually available, and keep medical or legal documents out of ordinary email.
